If you’re calling from outside of the U.S, you cannot call the above numbers to speak to a human at the IRS. All the phone numbers above are for taxpayers who are within the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Canada.

Keep in mind that there is no Spanish IRS phone numbers. The Internal Revenue Service has representatives that speak English. As long as you’re within the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or Canada, you can call the above numbers to speak to a human at the IRS.
