How to shop during FL sales tax holiday?

Most shops across the state will separate their sections for the sales tax-free items within the store for customers to shop easily. Ask the sales assistants to navigate through the store when you’re on the hunt for sales tax-free items. If a store isn’t putting enough effort to help you get the best deals with the sales tax holiday, it’s definitely an indication to shop somewhere else where your money is worth it.

Saving money during the sales tax holiday

Since the Florida sales tax is 6 percent for most items sold in stores, you will get to save $6 for every $100 you spend. You won’t need to provide the stores with anything. The sales tax is taken off of your total automatically without needing to present anything.
